Welcome to User Support. This part of the site is to help users with any issues they have whilst playing the site. If you have had your account put to and feel that it has been wrongly put to sleep, then feel free to use User Support to sort your account out. Below is a form you will need to fill out; the more information you put below the better we will be able to help you. Once the form has been submitted you will recieve a User-Support Password, which you will need in order to view your User-Support form and see if any of the staff have replied to your issue.
Note: We recieve lots of User-Support forms everyday, so it may take a while for us to respond to your request. Rest assured, we check them constantly and will reply to each User-Support form even if there is nothing we can do.
